Help map roles to external benchmark data and support market pricing exercises

Pull, analyze, and interpret people data (headcount, attrition, comp history, trends) to support decision-making

Create and update dashboards and reports to improve visibility into compensation and workforce metrics

Participate in compensation education efforts, including supporting manager and employee conversations

Ensure data accuracy across systems through regular audits and checks

Support ad hoc People and Total Rewards projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, People Operations, or a related HR role

Exposure to compensation concepts such as benchmarking, salary ranges, job leveling, or pay analysis

Strong analytical skills and comfort working extensively in Excel or Google Sheets

Experience Working With Hris Systems And People Data (specific Tools Not Required)

Comfort engaging directly with managers and employees on compensation-related topics

A proactive, growth-oriented mindset — excited to learn, ask questions, and take ownership

Interest in working at a smaller or mid-sized company where you can have real impact
