About This Role

The Business Value Consulting (BVC) team works with Asana’s top enterprise customers to align on value and ROI of their Asana investment across the customer lifecycle - building pre-sales business cases, post sales value realization work and quantifying the value of Asana multiyear proposals. We also work internally to scale our value motions and help our Sales, Solutions and Customer Success teams build their value muscles via enablement, thought leadership assets and marketing material.

This Role Is Based In Dublin

with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You’ll Achieve

Partnership and direct relationships with Asana’s top enterprise customers

Building bespoke, in-depth business cases that quantify hard benefits and RoI of an Asana investment

A deep understanding of our customers’ business via financial research, onsites and collaboration with your Asana colleagues

Building outstanding value scale materials (including vertical assets, self-serve and benchmarks)

A friendly, collaborative, entrepreneurial BV team with the most enthusiastic and willing sales partners a BV team could ever hope for

About You

Demonstrates curiosity about all types of businesses and industries to speak the language of your customer

5+ years of experience in Silicon Valley technology (ideally in Business Value) or a top tier consulting firm

Experience Building Relationships And Managing Workloads With Sales Reps And Leaders

Ability to do financial research and analysis

Track record of building strong customer relationships with senior leadership

Track record of working cross functionally with a number of SaaS stakeholders - Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, Product

A keen interest in AI (or even better, some direct experience in it!)

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €89,600-€105,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
