Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Clinical Staffing Coordinator, Workforce Management to join our Clinical Operations team.

About The Role
This role is responsible for real-time oversight of clinician volume and system performance, with authority to rebalance resources as needed to ensure daily KPI achievement. You will lead staffing and organizational analysis to optimize coverage across multiple telemedicine service lines. Key responsibilities include aligning and creating clinician schedules, managing same-day urgent staffing requests for a 100+ clinician group (NP/PA and MD/DO), and supporting clinician onboarding activities.
You will report into the Director, Clinical Operations.
Work Location
This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Arizona; Florida; Georgia; Illinois; Iowa; Kansas; Michigan; Missouri; Nebraska; New Jersey; North Carolina; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; South Carolina; Tennessee; Texas; or Virginia. While your daily work will be completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.
Pay Transparency
The base pay for this role is: $63,200 - $82,950 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
Perform constant real-time monitoring of incoming volume, performance, pace to plan, and service level for multiple queues and work areas
Maintain understanding of business priorities and requirements and an expert understanding of Oscar's teams and systems
Make real-time decisions related to rebalancing staffing, adjusting queues and schedules to meet operational targets
Conduct retrospective analysis of staffing data to optimize and improve outcomes.
Be the primary point of contact regarding factors that impact staffing and service levels and same-day requests
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ Years experience in workforce management, clinician scheduling, or production planning for a multi-disciplinary medical group
2+ Years experience using volume and production rate to determine capacity needs and same day urgent requests
2+ Years experience performing data analysis and identifying root cause
2+ Years experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
1+ years experience in real-time workforce analysis

Pay Transparency
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
