We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing APAC Gaming Advertising Solutions team, reporting to our Director of Gaming Sales, APAC. This role is based in Korea and is perfect for someone passionate about managing and growing relationships with Korean gaming clients while helping them achieve their marketing goals on Discord.
What you'll be doing
Drive client success and own responsibility for advertising campaign performance for Korean gaming clients, managing day-to-day communications and relationships
Provide quantitative and qualitative reports to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation for key accounts
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and data science teams to ensure client success and achieve defined KPIs
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their businesses, and identify upsell opportunities based on campaign performance
Execute strategy supporting organizational goals while adapting Discord solutions to varying client needs in the Korean market
What you should have
3-5 years experience as an Account Manager in advertising, media, or digital marketing with quota-carrying responsibility, preferably within the Korean gaming industry - including breadth of experience across mobile and PC/cross-platform clients
Proficiency in using campaign dashboards and analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau, Mode, or equivalent)
Native or business-level fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English
Deep understanding of Korean gaming landscape, digital media formats, buying tactics, and measurement tools
Strong ability to tell stories with data through analysis and presentations, with expertise in client reporting (wrap reports, QBRs)
Willingness to travel within Korea and occasionally across APAC for client meetings
The OTE salary range for this position is 138,380,000 - 155,677,500 KRW + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
