About This Role
Spotify is looking for enthusiastic students with a passion for music and an ambition to go far. This isn't just any internship! Our paid internship program will give you the chance to gain in-depth knowledge of what it's like to be a Spotify employee as well as get the opportunity to see the business side of a fast growing company! Our summer internships will last for approximately 10 weeks this summer and start in mid-June.
Our Talent Acquisition team is a collaborative, high-impact partner to leaders across Spotify’s Business organization. We work closely with senior partners to understand future needs, shape hiring strategies, and bring in exceptional talent that enables Spotify to grow responsibly and creatively. You’ll join a group that values curiosity, inclusion, and experimentation - all while keeping the candidate experience at the heart of every decision.
What You'll Do
Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment-related activities and ad hoc needs
Proactively find opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall candidate journey, using AI tooling, data, and cross-functional resources.
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked and maintained in our applicant tracking system
Who You Are
You have or are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business or a related field.
You have a graduation year date of 2026 or 2027.
You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2026.
You have a learning mindset and want to gain experience in recruitment administration and projects
You communicate clearly and confidently, and enjoy working with people at different levels
You are interested in improving processes and candidate experiences
You are organized, diligent, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
You adapt well to change and stay flexible when things shift quickly
You bring good sense of urgency and enjoy seeing things through
You’re proactive, curious, and always willing to step in and help the team succeed
Where You'll Be
This Role Will Require You To Work Out Of Our
New York City
office
Our internship program has a lot to offer with in office events and networking opportunities. To allow you to be fully immersed in our program and make the most of your time with us, we ask that you come into the office 3 days a week.
The United States hourly rate for this position is $32 USD and is overtime eligible. These rates may be modified in the future.
The Role Is Eligible For Select Benefits Such As Paid Public Holidays, And Learning And Development Trainings.
Our paid summer internships last for approximately
